Habanera Pepper jerky is our hot and spicy jerky if you like hot then this one is for you, and like all of our products we start with fresh Angus beef then we season it with our hickory jerky spices and then lightly cover with ground habanera peppers then, slow smoked and dried for many, many hours just like in the old west.
